Carol is a great host and an amazing cook - we were offered freshly baked cookies as well as wine and beer (no extra charge!!). The room was comfortable and very cozy as well.  We are going back for sure!!

Everything about the... read more bedroom, private bath & common areas were clean, cozy and suitable for our needs. We especially liked the dual mattress heating pads for individual comfort. While we very much enjoyed our stay, we think our 2+ year old border collie mix enjoyed his stay even more! He loved mingling with the other guest dogs at the property and the added daytime attention that Carol offered while we were out & about. The complete breakfast Carol offered, varied daily and was a welcome start to the day. I think we were even able to skip lunch most days! The property is located just a couple of miles away from the best that Bethel has to offer and a short trip to Sunday River which was the main reason for our visit to the area. Looking forward to coming back soon!
