Queen bedroom $85.00 ($75 summer) + $10.00 with pets
Single bedroom $75.00 ($65 summer) + $10.00 with pets

Deposit
50% of room total will secure a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival time will entitle you to a full refund less $10.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to
arrival, a refund will be made only if the room is re-rented less the $10.00 fee.
Pet Vaccinations
Vaccinations must be up to date. Please bring current records of shots
- rabies/distemper/ bordetella (kennel cough).
